Rhenotherm Mini Parts GmbH has been operating as an independent division of our enterprise since 1985. At the end of 2007, it was also relocated to Kempen, where new, state-of-the art facilities allow us to better accommodate our clients’ wishes. 

We specialize in the coating of small and miniature component parts such as those used in the automotive, electronics, computer and fine-mechanical industries.

Anti-friction coatings on the basis of PTFE, MoS₂ and other materials are an important part of our range of products.

We offer customized system solutions for metal, plastic and elastomer coatings.

Our coating systems offer custom-tailored solutions for wear reduction, dry lubrication, noise reduction or retention of effect, suitable for any application purpose. 

For elastomers and plastics, we offer flexible coatings that do not compromise the flexibility of the substrate.

Our modern technologies include the zero-tolerance application of diamond-like hard coat surface finish (DLC coating) under dry lubrication conditions, which allows for thermal resistance up to 400°C and an extremely hard surface.

The use of robots allows us to guarantee our customers a consistently high quality standard of our coatings.

Thanks to the acquisition of a continuous sintering furnace featuring the latest processing technology, we have reached our goal of capacity enhancement along with quality improvements.

Each of our customers is served by a specially trained coating team whose members have been familiarized with the complexity of the respective component part.

A variety of coating applications offers us different options for meeting our customers’ specific demands.  

We conduct tests and measurement techniques in our company-owned laboratory, documenting the results in test protocols.

With route sheets, intermediate testing and final inspections, we guarantee quality assurance from the customer/parts specification up to the distribution.

In order to guarantee our customers a consistent standard and continuity of quality in all of our working areas, we obtained certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001-2000 in 1995.
